 Summer Raffle

Our summer raffle raised £996.50 in ticket sales, and, with some other kind donations we are now able to purchase an electric medical coach.  Thank you for your overwhelming support and generosity in donating prizes, buying tickets, and giving your time to organise and sell tickets.

New Patient Registrationregister_now

Any person living within the practice catchment area may apply to register with the practice.

The practice may only refuse an application if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, which do not relate to the applicant’s race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual  orientation, appearance, disability or medical condition.

New patients will be asked to complete a standard NHS registration form and a health questionnaire. Both forms are available to download from the above "Registering Online" tab.

All new patients are offered an appointment for a health check with one of our healthcare assistants where a blood pressure and urine test will be performed and a short medical history will be taken. These tests provide us with valuable information prior to your medical records being transferred.

If you are newly registered and need regular medication you will need to see a doctor before a repeat prescription can be issued.  At your first consultation we ask that you bring your previous repeat along showing all your medication.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
