Do you provide unpaid support to a partner, child, relative or friend who couldn’t manage to live independently or whose well-being would deteriorate without your help? This could be due to frailty, disability or serious health condition, mental ill health or substance misuse.
If so, you are a carer.
Let us know and we can:
- direct you to sources of support and advice
- offer health checks and flu jabs to keep you healthy,
- be alert to the health risks carers can face when we see you
- be sympathetic in finding appointments when you are able to attend.
